The top text box contains the name of the Schedule. You can rename the Schedule by clicking in this box and typing a new name.
Script for start of each Schedule
The 'Script for start of each Schedule' text box is where you should specify the path to the program, batch file, or script that you would like to have execute before the Schedule starts. For example, you could run a batch file that maps drive letters that will be used in the Schedule. You can either manually type the path into the field or use the browse button to browse to the file.
Wait for script to finish
If you select 'Wait for script to finish' then the Schedule will wait until the program, batch file, or script specified in the 'Script for start of each Schedule' to finish before continuing on with the synchronization.
Wait a specified interval before proceeding
If you select 'Wait a specified interval before proceeding and then enter a time in hours:minutes format the Schedule will launch the program, batch file, or script and then wait that amount of time before proceeding on with the synchronization.
Script for end of each Schedule
The 'Script for end of each Schedule' text box is where you should specify the path to the program, batch file, or script that you would like to have execute after the Schedule finishes synchronizing. You can either manually type the path into the field or use the browse button to browse to the file.
Run ending script
The 'Run ending script' option determines the condition to launch the program, batch file, or script specified in 'Script for end of each Schedule'. This filter is used to tell the script not to run if certain levels of errors occur. For example, you might want to prevent the script from being run if there are exceptions in the run of the synchronization. There are five different levels available to you. The levels build upon each other, so level 3 covers everything in level 1 and 2 plus the additions for the 3rd level.
1-Always: Run the script every time the Schedule completes regardless of if there are any exceptions, warnings, errors, or other failures..
2-Even if there are Job Failures or Severe Errors: Run the script if the job completes without errors, with severe errors, or with job failures.
3-Even if there are Warnings or Exceptions: Run the script if the job completes without errors, with severe errors, with job failures, with warnings, or with exceptions.
4-Even if there are Exceptions: Run if informational items and notes occur as well as all errors.
5-Only if there are no Errors or Exceptions: Run when a synchronization completes as well as all above levels.
